Raiha is one of Kurei's most loyal followers. However, Raiha is also the most compassionate of Uruha. He was willing to help Kaoru by warning him about the death tournament, which even shocked Kaoru that Raiha would risk everything to help him. Raiha doesn't seem to have a problem with Hokage either, unlike the other Uruha members.

His personality: One of the most interesting things about Raiha is his personality. (Those that have only seen the anime are really missing out on a very awesome character because Raiha is barely in the anime). Raiha acts like a klutzy goofball all the time, always tripping over his own feet and almost always cheerful. But don't let that fool you, Raiha is the most powerful of Uruha, maybe even more powerful than Kurei himself. There are a few times in the manga that you see Raiha's other side, a merciless fighter who can kill with a single blow. Whichever personality is the real Raiha I'm not sure, but I do know he is a very caring persion.
